The Monitoring Center recognizes that the quality of our service starts on the day we install or switchover your alarm system. Therefore, we only install high quality, reliable products from the industry's leading manufacturers including DSC and Ademco. Moreover, each of the products we install comes with the manufacturer’s standard warranty, which typically covers any product malfunctioning or defects. However, even the best products can periodically malfunction, and sometimes those problems may not be covered by standard product warranties. During the first twelve months, you can be confident that should you have a problem, we will immediately take care of it, at no cost to you, our valued customer.

Insurance Certificate
In addition to the added safety and peace of mind you’ll enjoy when TMC monitors your alarm, our service virtually pays for itself. That’s right. Almost every insurance company provides a substantial reduction–often as much as 20%–on insurance premiums for people who have their alarm systems monitored. When you activate your system with TMC, we’ll give you an alarm monitoring certificate that you can send to your insurance company in order to begin receiving your discount. The exact discount you will receive is subject to your specific insurance policy, check with your insurer for more information.
